Striking Steel picks up where Searching for Steelhead left off. It is a beautifully crafted production starring professional angler Kevin Feenstra. It includes fly patterns and footage of the food sources they represent. Striking Steel is designed to give great information on where and how to find steelhead in poor fishing conditions.
This film was produced and edited by Erik Rambo, of Snap T Productions.

I love tying flies and have fallen in love with these patterns. I will be watching this video over and over again. So much information in the video that I seem to always pick something else out of it each time I watch it. Great video to learn more about reading the river but mostly about swinging big flies for steelhead. I like to use many different methods to fish for steelhead but this video blew me away.

I don't buy many videos, OK hardly any. This one caught my eye and I must say was worth buying. Good overview. Been away from Steelheading for years. Gave me a picture of contemporary Midwest approaches.

Kevin and Snap T productions did a great Job dialing in this film . Very in depth and accurate information on how to target in the Great Lakes. The Film quality was very impressive and made this a step above most other Informative fishing films.
Great job Kevin and Erik!!

Technically detailed without being too narrow, this DVD is a how-to clinic for the steelheader who wants to swing flies. Kevin is very personable, the explanations clear and complete, and the video supports the text. This is all new material that lets the viewer benefit from his extensive experience and continuing study of steelhead. Be ready to watch this one many times and maybe grab a pad of paper to take some notes.
